Cyberpunk 2077 Item Upgrading Guide
The upgrading of your item is an essential component to maximizing your gearing potential. It allows you to add additional stats to the value of your item's base level.
Each upgrade template comes with an array of options that can be configured through the edition GUI. These options include upgrading reference and the possibility of upgrading.

Upgrade components
As part of the 2.0 update, the system for upgrading weapons and armor in Cyberpunk has been improved. Upgrade components are available throughout Night City, and the item that you want to upgrade must have an upgrade slot. When you choose an item to upgrade the game will display a preview of what the expected stats will be following upgrading, along with the necessary component or item required. If you do not have the necessary level of component or resource to upgrade an item then the button will say "Blocked."
The items that can be upgraded include weapons and armor as well as a few trinkets and gathering tools. The upgrade slots on each of these are filled with various upgrades that provide attribute bonuses or other effects while the equipment is being used. These upgrades are available through crafting, purchased from a seller, or obtained as rewards.
There are two types of upgrade components that are universal upgrades and gems. Universal upgrades, which are like gemstones, can be put in any kind of equipment and offer a smaller bonus than other upgrade components. The process of obtaining them is quite simple, as they are dropped by enemies or taken across the globe. Gems, on the other hand are obtained by disassembling objects or completing certain missions.
Upgrades can be replaced with new upgrades inside a weapon's upgrade slot, however doing so will damage the previous upgrade. Except for glyphs that can be added to gathering tools, all other upgrades cannot be removed or salvaged after they are placed in an item. Infusions, which are placed in ascended equipment and legendary equipment, and enhancements that can only be extracted by using an upgrade extractor or by salvaging the item with the highest-quality salvage kit, can be replaced every hour.
Recycled items
In the two World Wars, the scarcity of natural resources pushed the world to recycle. Recycling aluminum or plastic, as well as paper is commonplace. They get a new lease on life. Recycling saves energy and keeps carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. It's also a great way to reduce the need for landfills and preserve natural resources. It is nevertheless important to know what can be recycled and what cannot.
A common mistake that people make is placing the wrong things in the recycling bin. These waste products not only pollute the water, but they can also cause damage to recycling equipment. To avoid this, always examine the label and adhere to the rules for your recycling program. Cardboard should never be mixed with tin cans or steel cans. Tissue must also be thrown away. Plastic bags can also become caught in recycling machines and should be taken back to the store to be reused. Other items that should be thrown in the garbage include food containers and berry containers. Glass is the only exception as it is a great material to build with.
It is important to look for the label "Made from recycled content" when you are looking for new products. This means that the product is made from recycled materials from products that have already fulfilled their purpose. This makes them a more green option than new products made from raw materials. Additionally, these materials are a lot cheaper than the original ones.
You can recycle your old computer phone, tablet, or computer by taking it to a recycle facility. They'll reuse the materials to make new electronic devices and other useful products. You could even earn cash from these companies by donating old ones.
If you want to make it easier for your colleagues to recycle, you should consider coordinating the colors of the bins and signage in your office. This will help reduce confusion and encourage participation. It is also recommended to create a space in your office to recycle for example, an open bin or box in the breakroom.
Reroll tokens
Reroll tokens let you roll the dice a second time to improve your stats and gain cool abilities. They are usually found in the mystery box, or as rare drops from skulled monsters or bosses. Each token takes one attribute point from damage, and randomly transforms into a new attribute. You can also roll additional attributes on items, such as regeneration and speed.
The amount of additional items that are added to an item is different with each level. The value of an additional is calculated as a percentage of the total stats of the item. Rerolling a token can change this value. The item's recycling value also increases as it is upgraded. The value of the item's main stat increases by a factor of 3 each time it is upgraded, but the value of the other stats may differ.
To reroll an item it is possible to click the dice icon next to the item in your inventory. Alternatively, you can hit the button in another player's lobby and choose "Reroll". After rerolling an item, it will disappear from your inventory.
You can purchase rerolls and other items in-game from Sagbe the in-game Token Shop trader. You can also earn free rerolls by redeeming active codes in Fire Force Online. These codes can be used to redeem many items such as Reroll Tokens and Clan Reroll Tokens.
Rerolls are helpful in the early stages of the game, when you are trying to increase your inventory and dungeon equipment. They are not the most effective method to increase your character's stats. Instead, you should concentrate on getting more skill points. You can also earn bonus points for completing event stages.
item upgrading can also reroll the race of your character with a race-reroll token, which can be purchased from the Zen Market. This token allows you to change your race only once and can be used in conjunction with certain pack purchases or through the Token Shop. You can also get it as a reward by completing Meg's cases in the Port Sarim Invasion event.
Leveling
The stats of an item and its Power Level will rise when you level up an item as part of the upgrade process. However it increases the cost of upgrades and requires a certain amount of materials to complete the process. The kind of material needed depends on the item. Weapons, for instance make use of a combination of Destruction Stones (DS) and Guardian Stones. Armor is made up of Harmony Leapstones, Shards and other materials. The addition of additional materials to the process can increase the chances of success, however this is not an absolute guarantee.
The process of leveling uses a formula to determine how much damage, magic attack and defense an upgraded item receives during the next upgrade. The formulas differ based on the type of weapon and its rarity. In addition, there is an upper limit for each kind of weapon.
The NPC will display an upgrade option once the item has reached its maximum level. This allows the player to upgrade the item to the next level by combining it with experience. To make the most of this process, players should ensure that their gear is fully leveled before attempting an upgrade. They can save time and money by not using up materials or experience that could be used for other upgrades.
If the upgrade is in progress when the upgrade is in progress, the NPC will display a window containing two lines. The first line displays the amount of Tech Points the upgrade will provide, while the second shows a preview of what the item will look like when it reaches its upgraded state. The preview won't be exact for items that have mods, but it can still give an idea of what you can expect.
The NPC will display the cost to upgrade the item. The cost of Technology Points will be included when applicable. It will also show the cost of an Accelerator, if you have one. Accelerators are available on the Exchange. They boost the Tech Points gained from an upgrade by 50%. However this bonus does not apply to the item's quality Chance, which resets when the item reaches its mark level.
The Upgrade NPC offers a service to facilitate gear transfers. This will allow players to save the experience and progress in upgrading a piece of gear and transfer it to a different item that is in the same slot. This can be useful for players who wish to swap out their gear but don't have enough currency to purchase a completely new set.
